I entered an Alan Bennett competition
I just had to write two questions I would
to ask him
I won
The questions were:
Given the chance, are there any parts of your life you would re-write?
and
Is laughter the best medicine?
His answers were:
My boyhood is quite painful to contemplate
and
It never did me any harm
In addition to the answers - in his own handwriting
